Never Give up

It was really envious on my part as i read through all the fantastic chains of poems my worthy classmates had uploaded on their respective blogs.Even our mail boxes werent spared as they reached to record breaking highs with comments and replies flowing from all corners from people who could just comment on the poem without having the brain to write one on their own.

Somehow i gathered the courage to just give it a try as well.I scratched my brain for almost 10 mins and concentrated on creating something interesting something nice and something which makes sense but failed to do so.I kept on pondering for next 10 mins but could muster only 4 lines which didnt make any sense to me

Then i Retrospected,i am good at making documentaries so ill concentrate on that rather then at something which i am not that good .So i leave this job to my friends and will surely give it a try agin sometime later cause one of my friend said that since i m a marketing guy i should always keep tryin and should never give up and hence i will keep on tryin

The last Stand of 300

In supplement to the box office smash hit 300,the history channel showcased a fantastic documentary about the great king leonidas and his 300 spartans at the battle of Thermopylae.It presented the actual happenings of this historic event step by step and detailed into the various facets of the battle right from the time king darius ruled persia to the time when Xerxes attacked persia and the strategies the spartans used along with the mastermind of this entire battle,Themistocles.

The documentary was truly enlightening in all sense as it gave a brief about the battle of marathon and as to why did persia launched this attack against the greeks.if you are interested in knowing the history and what happened with the greeks and the modern day iran this documentary would surely be a handful tool.

I could go on and on into the history of the battle but would this seriously hamper the excitement of watching this documentary.the evnts unfold one by one and after watchin this docum,entary you will surely gain an insight into this great city a must watch for all enthusiats.

The Best Brand In the World

Recently i stubled upon a news which astonished me.It was report on the world famous brands by the research company i dont remember the name of and guess what our very own company the one we probably use everyday and couldnt imagine a life without it and the one who has managed to get itself incorporated in the websters dictionary as a verb and the one which has been voted the best comapny in america to work for,thats enough of hints to let u know that its GOOGLE

It managed to top the chart of the recent rankings overtaking some of the big guns in the business including IBM,microsoft and coca-cola

A search engine started by two Stanford university grads Larry Page and sergei Brin has become a world renowed brand and it has managed to do this at a phenomenal pace.No one had ever thought that a search engine which first came into scene in sept 1998 and within 10 yrs its managed to reach the pinnacle.

Its based in the beautiful mount view california and has ore then 12,000 employees.The Growth has been as a result of its franatic acquisitions of various small and medium enterprises the latest one being youtube and double click.No wonder it has managed to reach the top and will continue to grow,However its facing some stiff competition from micresoft and yahoo but time will tell who would ultimately win the race.

Finally 300

The wait was finally over as i managed to lay my hands on the much awaited dvd of the movie 300.It showcased the mother of all battles between the Greeks and Persians called the battle of thermopylae.Spartan king Leonidas and his army of 300 Spartans fought to the last men against Persian king xerxes and his army of over 1 million soldiers

The movie started of pretty well narrating the life of a spartan and gradually it took off . frank miller the director of the movie has done a fantastic job of bringing the story of Spartans to life.they were long forgotten amidst the pages of history and no one remembered them however after the movie was released the most searched word on Google was the battle of 300.The battle scenes were simply mind blowing and the pitchurisation and the graphics were simply fantastic.No wonder this was the most awaited movie of this year and honestly speaking it was the best movie i have seen in the past 1 year.

Now after seeing the movie there is a growing sensation in me to see even the official documentary of 300 .it was truly an amazing movie and would be a much watch for everyone interested in battles,bloodshed and adventure.

Me and my 1st project

It was a beautiful saturday morning and my team and i were giving final touches to my first big event in which i had really worked my heart and soul out It was a CSR initative by a big retail co ,the first of its kind by them wherby they invited orphanage childrens from an NGO called sneha sagar These children were picked up from brothels and were abandoned childrens of commercial sex workers.
They were suppose to present a puppet show and in the event they were suppose to narrate their entire life story.it was once in a lifetime experience for both,the kids as well as me as this was the first time i was actually talking to them personally one on one
The Event went Fantastically well thanks to my worthy colleagues samantha(sammy) and my senior shyla who worked their butts off to make it a success as well.The Children enjoyed their interactions with the audience and the audience supported them with equal enthusiasm and applauded every act ot theirs.Our main target was to get a decent enough coverage from the media and luckily we managed to get coverage from two big news dailies The Times of India and DNA.
I even managed to grab few mins with the COO as he shared his frank opinion about the event and the childrens.Truly a mindbogling experience.

Movie Review

When i read the review and polt keywords of this movie at amazon.com i was really interested in watching this movie and it surely lived upto my expectation.

Though I havent seen the first part but was surely more interested in the second part .There are some explicit scenes in the movie but the climax was preety interesting.The movie centers around a couple and their one night sexual extavaganza with a hooker which ultimately turns out to be a well planned event.

The climax is the most interesting and the movie turns on its head.An Overall Rating of 4 out of 5 for this movie

Movie Review

This was the movie i was eagerly waiting for during the past few weeks however when i finally manage to lay my hands on its original Dvd i was totally disappointed.

The movie did not manage to meet my expectations after all the hype which was created around the movie.It was fairly slow paced and at every moment i thought that this would be the time when Stevewould finaaly manage to loose his virginity(In the movie i mean) which ultimately was the theme of the movie but however i had to wait for almost 2 hours for it.

There were only a handful of humorous scenes in the movie.The best scene according to me was when the actor Decides to have a complete body wax and the trauma which he goes through while having it.I laughed my heart out at this paricular scene and felt was the best scene in the movie

Overall the movie was of O.K types and would rate a 3 of 5
