Never Give up
Somehow i gathered the courage to just give it a try as well.I scratched my brain for almost 10 mins and concentrated on creating something interesting something nice and something which makes sense but failed to do so.I kept on pondering for next 10 mins but could muster only 4 lines which didnt make any sense to me
Then i Retrospected,i am good at making documentaries so ill concentrate on that rather then at something which i am not that good .So i leave this job to my friends and will surely give it a try agin sometime later cause one of my friend said that since i m a marketing guy i should always keep tryin and should never give up and hence i will keep on tryin
The last Stand of 300

In supplement to the box office smash hit 300,the history channel showcased a fantastic documentary about the great king leonidas and his 300 spartans at the battle of Thermopylae. It presented the actual happenings of this historic event step by step and detailed into the various facets of the battle right from the time king darius ruled persia to the time when Xerxes attacked persia and the strategies the spartans used along with the mastermind of this entire battle,Themistocles.
The documentary was truly enlightening in all sense as it gave a brief about the battle of marathon and as to why did persia launched this attack against the greeks.if you are interested in knowing the history and what happened with the greeks and the modern day iran this documentary would surely be a handful tool.
I could go on and on into the history of the battle but would this seriously hamper the excitement of watching this documentary.the evnts unfold one by one and after watchin this docum, entary you will surely gain an insight into this great city a must watch for all enthusiats.

Finally 300

The wait was finally over as i managed to lay my hands on the much awaited dvd of the movie 300.It showcased the mother of all battles between the Greeks and Persians called the battle of thermopylae.Spartan king Leonidas and his army of 300 Spartans fought to the last men against Persian king xerxes and his army of over 1 million soldiers
The movie started of pretty well narrating the life of a spartan and gradually it took off . frank miller the director of the movie has done a fantastic job of bringing the story of Spartans to life.they were long forgotten amidst the pages of history and no one remembered them however after the movie was released the most searched word on Google was the battle of 300.The battle scenes were simply mind blowing and the pitchurisation and the graphics were simply fantastic. No wonder this was the most awaited movie of this year and honestly speaking it was the best movie i have seen in the past 1 year.
Now after seeing the movie there is a growing sensation in me to see even the official documentary of 300 .it was truly an amazing movie and would be a much watch for everyone interested in battles, bloodshed and adventure.

Me and my 1st project
They were suppose to present a puppet show and in the event they were suppose to narrate their entire life story.it was once in a lifetime experience for both, the kids as well as me as this was the first time i was actually talking to them personally one on one
The Event went Fantastically well thanks to my worthy colleagues samantha(sammy) and my senior shyla who worked their butts off to make it a success as well. The Children enjoyed their interactions with the audience and the audience supported them with equal enthusiasm and applauded every act ot theirs. Our main target was to get a decent enough coverage from the media and luckily we managed to get coverage from two big news dailies The Times of India and DNA.
I even managed to grab few mins with the COO as he shared his frank opinion about the event and the childrens.Truly a mindbogling experience.

THE A380 AND ME
I had never seen a plane this huge this close .It was the size of a football field. It was honestly a once in a lifetime experience.Since human wants and needs are unlimited and one is never satisfied with what he gets,i wanted to be in the Bombay-Bombay patch flight which the kingfisher guys had arranged only for few of Dr Mallya's close friend.that included the likes of Prasoon Joshi(my idol),Sunil Alagh form HLL,Dr Mallya himself and many other famous personality. However wasn't that lucky.I was hardly able to notice them as i continuously kept staring at the beautiful air hostess and her belly piercing. Her skin was glossier than anything i have ever seen in my life and that day i realized why KF is becoming the fastest growing airliner in India.
I wanted to get myself clicked with this masterpiece(AIRLINE I MEAN) so that i could have boasted to all my friends that i was among the few elite personalities to be present at the time when the civil aviation history was re-written,however to my utter disbelief i wasn't able to get hold of a good camera anywhere.but at that time a mighty soul came from nowhere and asked me(actually my beautiful colleague shruti) if we wanted to get our photograph clicked with the airplane
I wasn't sure whether this was a joke, fantasy, daydreaming or reality however it was reality.it was a fantastic scene seeing the A380 Just 5 meters away from me and being clicked with the breeze blowing in full speed as if it were to knock you off your feet.it was truly an exhilarating experience.
Just to add to it in the evening we had a party to attend with Dr mallya. he is know for having the most wildest parties in town and attending his party would have meant a perfect ending to the day.we were asked to dress in our best.It was truly the Best day of my life.

Things I always Kept Thinking(First Day at work)
The days of endless movies and documentaries extravaganza comes to a sudden standstill and you keep wondering whether those days are ever to come back again .you start wondering about your future your dreams and goals in life and at that point of time after being disappointed of the fact that nothing seems to be going your way and whatever you ever decided in life,to achieve and to become, is going for a toss at that very moment u decide to just runaway from every dam shit thing in this world in a secluded place with no one to intrude your privacy you sitting near a beautiful Beach and cool breeze just gushes past your ears which makes you realize that its heaven
But suddenly reality crosses your path to make you realize that life ain't that easy and all the happy things have to come to an end.you start blaming yourself for missing the opportunity and wasting the time that life gave you and henceforth you decide not to waste any opportunity to make the most of what life gives and working hard to achieve that ultimate goal in life, knowing the face that the new day would be a new beginning in life
Since in the heading i have mentioned first day at work i thought of writing what i felt after my first day at work rather then writing how good, bad or worst my first day at work was so pls pardon me if u have read the article in expectations of something else and in return have managed to get something else

5 Ways to SMS for free
A lot of us are still avid text messagers, not because we enjoy paying our carrier those tiring toll (or package) fees, but because it’s still one of the most reliable ways to get a text-based message to a cell phone user — not everyone has mobile IM clients or uses mobile email services.
Even web-based services are starting to recognize that, and recently there have been more and more companies launching “free” SMS options — most often free for those users who want to send a text to a cell phone via the web and email.
Sending free SMS from the Internet isn’t a new idea at all and companies have been developing the bridge between email and SMS for years. By now it’s a simple and easy service to set up and companies have started adding these services as a feature to bring in eyeballs.
Startups are also starting to get more creative with the business model (which was previously severely lacking) as well as the technology solution. At the same time they are learning to add privacy and best practices functions. Remember much of the time receiving the SMS message costs, and some of the services like free bulk messaging could have some not-so-nice spam potential. Be careful about signing up for any ol’ service and check out this list of good characteristics of SMS web services.
1). TeleFlip: TeleFlip has always been a favorite way to send “free” texts via email: ‘phone number’@teleflip.com. They still offer that service which they now call FlipOut, but they are also trying to turn their technology into a working business. I haven’t been able to test the new service yet (shown at DEMO), which is supposed to be out sometime this month, but they say it forwards your emails to your SMS inbox for free — 5,000 messages for per month. Hopefully they have a good management tool, as email spam can fill an SMS inbox pretty quickly and receiving text fees still apply.
2). Peekamo: Founded just November 2006 and based in Toronto according to their web site, Peekamo says they are different than other web-based SMS free sites, as both the receiver and sender don’t pay for the message. How do they manage that? — they say ad-sponsored messages, and using a protocol called short message peer to peer, (unlike the more common email-SMS method). When I sent a message from the web site to myself, it was sponsored by Sharp and had a link to Sharp’s web site www.moretosee.com. It’s still in beta, but is adding other social features.
3). Gizmo SMS: SIPphone has more than its fair share of sweet mobile services like the Gizmo Project, and earlier this month they also added a free web-based SMS service. The service works for dozens of countries and has a model ‘terms of service’ and privacy assurance sections. It’s not rocket science, but shows how these services are easy enough to create that they can be used to market the company’s other money-making solutions.
4). TxtDrop: TxtDrop founder 22-year-old Nate Kapitanski got some flack over his SMS MySpace widget and web service last year — the site didn’t launch with privacy terms and didn’t have an About section describing the company or its goals. He says the whole thing was a learning experience which helped make the site much better. As a result he added a privacy policy, email blocking, limited the number of messages that could be sent per minute, and says your phone number is now hidden in the MySpace code. Kapitanski, who only works on the project part time, also recently released a Mac OS dashboard SMS widget and says he is working on a Vista text gadget that could be out as early as April. There still isn’t a clear about section, but if you email the info address on the site, Kapitanski will probably oblige you on details you want to know.
5). Your carrier!? Yes, its true, some carriers have some limited web-to SMS and email to SMS services. On Verizon Wireless’ vtext.com site you can send a text to a Verizon wireless cell phone user, and send an SMS via email to “verizon wireless phone number”@vtext.com. Sprint has a similar web based service to text Sprint customers. They still get some money the more times people text using most solutions, so why not get more people to text their customers.

Documentary review

I even managed to catch a fantastic Documentary by B.B.C called "One Night in Bhopal"
Its a story about how a beautiful city in northern region of India was transformed into a nightmarish playground .It tells the
story of the tragedy through the eyes of those who were there.
In the early hours of 3rd December 1984 a Toxic Chemical which leaked from a factory in northern India lead to the
worst industrial disaster the country has ever witnessed.the poisonous gas which escaped from the factory killed 3000
people according to the official estimate.others say that the number of deaths were in the range of 8,000 to 10,000
Around 50,000 people suffered permanent disabilities, and many of them died later.its Truly one of the best documentary i
have ever seen and would strongly recommend others to watch as well.
Movie review

Yesterday i watched a pretty interesting movie called National treasure starring Nicholas Cage would say that it was a decent enough movie after line of disappointing movies which traumatized my entire weekend.
The movie was quite gripping and it successfully managed to hold my attention for almost 2 hours which was very difficult because i started the movie at 1 midnight and by that time i was half asleep.
Though i am not the right person to recommend the movie nor am i a critic but would certainly say that movie is worth a watch

Remembering Igatpuri
It was fortunate on our part that we just missed a free fall from the cliff on our way to igatpuri last week.
i couldn't resist myself from uploading this pic as i was in the same car with my other friends khamir and mehul.Jigar was in the driving seat(it was his car unfortunately) and accompanying him was mitesh gala.
All the trauma and tension that day made me realize how efficient our police dept is and how quickly we could get our matter sorted out.
The worst thing happened when we were asked to pay 20rs for the medication provided to us in the govt hospital after being assured of the fact that the treatment was absolutely free of cost plus we were asked to pay for the diesel charges of the ambulance which carried us to the hospital.
This accentuated my utter disbelief in govt employees and the work they do in the nations overall progress.
Just a thought of this horrifying incident sends shivers down my spine and it was a miracle that we managed to get out of this unharmed.
